Report misconduct by your landlord.

Have you experienced misconduct by the landlord of your living space? For instance discrimination, intimidation or even threat? Hasn’t your tenancy agreement been put down in writing? Did you have to pay agency fees as a tenant? Or do you wish to report some other form of misconduct by your landlord? If so, report it to us! 

You can report your landlord’s misconduct in the following ways:

Do you wish to hear how we deal with your report, or want to give us the opportunity to ask additional questions about your report? Include at least an email address or telephone number in your report in that case. This will enable us to contact you if necessary.

You do not have to include your name or contact details with your report. You may also submit the report anonymously. 

Good Landlordship Act

The Good Landlordship Act came into force on 1 July 2023. This act contains clear rules that a landlord has to comply with. If a landlord fails to comply with these rules, a tenant may report it to the municipality.
